Information

How to place orders?
Your purchase order can be accepted in any written format, such as email or fax.  We need your clear instruction regarding model and voltage (e.g. SKC-53C336), quantity, shipping method (DHL, UPS, FedEx or your own courier), and other special request.  Upon receipt of your P/O, we will send you a Pro-forma Invoice for your confirmation.
Delivery Schedule

After received your order confirmation (countersigned P/I or email confirmation), the order shall be process.  Goods will be delivered around 14 days after your order confirmation and receipt of your payment.

Shipping Charge & Insurance

If you require J&S (H.K.) to quote shipping cost, please kindly specify which method (air cargo, sea freight or any speed courier) you’d prefer so we can quote the shipping cost accordingly.  Insurance premium can be quoted upon your requirement.

Payment

We accept wire transfer (T/T) in advance, however, for large amount of order, such as US$ 10,000 / per order, Irrevocable Sight L/C can be accepted as well.

Warranty

J&S (H.K.) provides warranty in favor of the Buyer that all products shall be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of Two (2) years (unless otherwise specified) commencing on the date of purchase date as stated on the Invoice.  No charge on inspection and material fee unless the item is out of warranty, mishandled or abuse in any way, condition determined at our discretion, or it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to products instructions, has been modified in any way, or has a defaced or removed serial number.

RMA

To proceed your RMA request, please kindly contact your sales rep. to obtain RMA Form first.  After received your completed RMA Form, you’ll get a RMA number, and please indicated this RMA number on the outside of your returning package while return the package to assist our procedure.  The shipping cost for sending RMA goods to J&S (H.K.) is at customers’ expense, and J&S (H.K.) will take care of the shipping charge while returning shipment back to customers’ end.

For RMA goods that still within warranty and under normal operations, J&S (H.K.) will repair or replace the defective materials so the goods will be back to normal working condition with NO cost.  For RMA goods out of warranty, mishandled or abuse in any way, inspection fee (US$ 10 / per unit) and material cost will be required for repair or components replacement.  Inspection fee will be applied no matter the article will be repaired or not, but repair fee will be informed in advance so to get your confirmation on whether the defective units should be repaired under the quoted repair fee.

Article Exchange

Article can be returned for exchange only under following conditions:

  • when J&S (H.K.) sending the incorrect items of your orders,
  • when article is defective (in function) while customer received the shipment (D.O.A.)

    The above issues have to be raised within 1 month (based on purchase date of Invoice) and the article is still in brand new (both product itself and package) condition.
